Refund Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be completely satisfied with your DOREE GLAM purchase.

Return Conditions

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Must be returned within 30 days from delivery
• Original receipt or proof of purchase required
• No signs of wear, washing, or alteration

Return Process

1. Contact us at contact@doreeglam.in with your order number
2. Provide reason for return
3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
4. Ship item back in original packaging
5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

• Final sale items
• Clearance items marked “no returns”
• Worn, washed, or altered items
• Items without original tags
• Items returned after 30 days

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@doreeglam.in. We will provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Return Shipping Costs

If you initiated a return due to your own change of mind (not due to damage or defect), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, we cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
